小炒荷兰豆（配香肠&豆干）Chinese Snow Pea in Smoked Sausage and Fired Tofu

这道菜特别适合紧张的上班族，晚上回家来，拿出冰箱里的荷兰豆，花上几分钟，撕掉背部的硬茎，冲冲干净，薰香肠和豆干切好，下锅里微爆，香味透出，淋上点老抽，又是酱香扑鼻，这时候再加荷兰豆，来回几下，撒盐调味，勾玻璃芡，就成了。关键是荷兰豆不能烹调得过久，吃起来时脆脆的，才最好。你会了吗？呵呵
