干菌烧肉-Mushroom with pork

想起小时候,春天里,下过雨后,拎着筐子到山上找蘑菇。心里也怕得很,怕吃了中毒死掉,纯且当好玩了。吃到的鲜蘑菇,那个味道真是没得比。锅里爆上几片肥肉,脆脆香香的时候,下蒜瓣,用来祛毒,呲拉一声,可爱的蘑菇下锅了,一会儿,就软软的,有菌油流出,洒上绿绿的蒜叶子,尝一口,鲜甜的很。这倒菜用的是干菌子,妈妈从国内带来的,味道还不错,放在水里泡软,洗干净,去蒂,和腌好的五花肉片一起炒来吃,很鲜,但是不甜了。哎,好留恋那些儿时的味道!
