糖醋鱼片-酸甜自知 Sweet&Sour Fish Fillets

白生生的鱼片,用纸巾吸干水,两面洒上胡椒,而后是菱粉,放到小煎锅里煎到两面见黄,装盘,撒上葱段。锅内倒酱油,镇江香醋、红糖,勾芡后,淋到鱼片上,葱也见热就熟了。戳开来,让鱼片四面都沾上甜酸汁,很美味的啦!
